WARRANTY POLICY
WATCHES
All watches sold by Hourlogy Online are exclusively covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Hourlogy Online does not provide any warranty. However, as a good will service to you, Hourlogy Online will perform the first replacement of your battery free of charge if done within two years from the date of purchase. To enjoy this privilege, you are required to bring your watch to our service center. Should you choose to send your watch to Hourlogy Online’s service center, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Further, Hourlogy Online will not be responsible and or liable should there be any loss or damage occurring while the watch is in transit to our service center.
PLEASE NOTE
- Repairs or services performed on any watch sold by Hourlogy Online by someone other than Hourlogy Online’s service center will void any warranty.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hourlogy Online disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty on any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
All items sold by Hourlogy Online are 100% genuine and authentic with their original serial numbers intact. Additionally, all items sold by Hourlogy Online are brand new, unworn and free of defects, include original packaging, care manuals, and warranty cards, where applicable.
